Media Policies
Interviews - All interviews with Rhodes coaches, student-athletes, and staff members must be arranged through the Sports Information Department.
After games, matches, and other athletic events, locker rooms are off-limits. Player and coach interviews, however, may be conducted outside locker rooms or on the playing surface after a 15-minute cooling-off period.

Game Day Coverage and Press Passes - Any media member covering any contest hosted by Rhodes is asked to reserve a press credential at least 48 hours prior to the event. While last-minute media are welcome, prior knowledge of your arrival is much appreciated. For most sports, the Office of Athletic Media Relations will provide rosters, updated statistics, and media guides prior to the game and statistical information afterward.

Photographers – Rhodes Athletics requires that you obtain a sideline pass to shoot any athletic event held at the initiation. Please contact the Office of Athletics Communications at least 48 hours in advance. Photographers are asked to stay at least 10 feet from the playing surface and shoot from standard shooting positions.

Student-Athlete Biographical Forms

All new and returning student-athletes are required to fill out a biographical form for their roster page. This form will help in the promotion of the student-athlete, as well as for postseason awards. Forms must be submitted before the start of the season. Links are listed below.
